Psychiatrist (Northeast AR area)

SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Medical Director, this position is responsible for providing psychological care to outpatient clients by performing the following duties:

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

 To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and disabilities to perform the essential functions.

 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:  Medical degree and/or other licensure/approval from the state of Arkansas.

 

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.  Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.  Demonstrate the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions.  Demonstrate a general ability to write professional reports that reflect proper spelling, grammar and professionalism towards Life Strategies Counseling, Inc.

 

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts such as ability to apply mathematical operations.

 

REASONING ABILITY: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.  Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
